A world-famous event celebrating cinema is coming soon to the Milperra area.
The Sydney Film Festival is making a welcome return to the city, offering movie lovers from Milperra and other local areas an opportunity to celebrate the silver screen. The festival is an important annual event on the cultural calendar of New South Wales and is today one of the longest-running film festivals in the world. The 2022 edition of the event will be the 69th festival held in the city, and those attending can enjoy a wide range of spectacles and shows.

The Sydney Film Festival will take place at Event Cinemas, located at 505 to 525 George Street in Sydney. The festival will run from Wednesday, June 8 to Sunday, June 19.
